Bidra med feedbackNot a fantastic place, no prober seating and no toilet facilities as far as I can see. I am not impressed. Very dirty, nobody seems to clean up after guests who leave all their half eaten food behind, food on the floor. I wonder whether the Health Inspector is aware of this place?
I do not recommend ordering catering from this restaurant. I requested my order to be delivered by 12:00, as the delivery time indicated between 11:30. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive until 12:45 and I had to go to the restaurant to pick it up myself. This is completely unacceptable, as I had a boardroom full of people waiting for lunch at 12:00. This is the second time this has happened to me with this restaurant. I will not be returning and will advise my colleagues to avoid ordering from here as well.
This restaurant is a great choice for those looking to try new and creative dishes. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is always lovely. It's one of my favorite restaurants.
Popped in for a quick coffee before a concert nearby. Used the toilet and the lock jammed leaving me inside an airless and cramped room. The door was very stiff to close and had previously been repaired. After about 10 minutes brute force on the part of a couple of men who forced it open. I had to crouch over the toilet to get out of any danger. It was scary, a child would have panicked as would anyone with dementia or claustrophobic. Health and Safety rules prescribe all locks should be able to be opened from the other side. I think this was that type of lock but clearly it had not been serviced nor the stiffness in closing the door been adequately maintained and repaired. What I am more annoyed about is that I have had no acknowledgement to my email via a contact us form to Customer Service nor any answer on 020 78278801. Poor show Pret.
There are only three prets in this area; hopefully the owners of pret will address this soon in order to give pret customers greater choice of venue
