Pret A Manger

I went to this branch in Queensway for a coffee, the manager was extremely rude towards customers, he was giving bad attitude, I was so close to tell him if he can be kind to people and speak nicely, please send a mystery customer and investigate him. Outrageous behavior is unacceptable!

I’m very disappointed when I visited with my friend. I asked for a cold drink due to its very hot in the afternoon, and staff said they couldn’t do cold drink because it was very busy even though there was just 4 customers. So I asked for the manager, the manager was very rude and told me “she wants to manage the shop how she wanted it to be manages with an angry tone.” I was complaining how I pay for my subscription every month and always don’t get what I always order. I’m not surprised why some of the staff are very lazy to do cold drinks because their manager is not managing them properly. I’m also a manager but I never seen a manager like her in my entire life. She’s meant to be an example of how to become a very good worker but seems like she doesn’t know to to become a one of a best example. They are also overstaff and couldn’t maintain the shop clean instead of standing and talking to their colleagues. Never coming back to this branch ever again.

After my morning run, I collected a coffee on my way back and tried a few of their seasonal variations, particularly a hazelnut syrup latte. Other flavour additions are available and are good too. Staff are endlessly patient even when 'challenging ' customers gave everyone grief.

This is a great place to eat and the staff are fantastic as I was visiting on the 14/11/19 and while I was up at the counter I had a seizure and the manager and assistant manager Jorge were very helpful. If it was not for the help of all the staff our luggage would have been unattended for about 45 minutes due to me collapsed on the floor, so I would just like to thank you all as I do not have much memory of what happened but I know for sure after my brain opperation on the 25/11/19 I will be visiting your restaurant again to thankyou in person

I, real estate agent went there this afternoon chill out afternoon between two work appointments. The counters staff Sharon and her colleague welcomed me and treated me well. I had a ginger drink, tomato soup and bread to chill out and get ready for another work appointment. This is a great place to chill out any time of the day.
