Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant serves delicious homemade Italian dishes, with some Sicilian options on the menu. The service was quick and the portion sizes were generous. I will definitely be dining here again. A service charge was already included in the bill.
This restaurant is quite intriguing, with a wide variety of menu options and delicious food. The service and staff are excellent and meet expectations.
The Italian restaurant serves delicious and authentic dishes, including some Sicilian options. Our group enjoyed a variety of antipasti to share, such as mushrooms, aubergines, fried calamari rings, scallops with courgette, prosciutto, and mozzarella. The Pasta alla Norma and pasta with Lobster were particularly tasty, and those who ordered meat and fish dishes were satisfied as well. I recommend trying dishes with aubergines or fish when dining at this restaurant.
This restaurant is very small and quite charming. The food was amazing and the service was very good. We really enjoyed the meal but the guests at the table next to us were loud and off color. Normally not a big deal but the dining area is quite small.
We were looking for somewhere nice to enjoy a meal whilst on our first evening out in London with our little one. AS we headed towards a little Prezzo we came across what looked like a nice little, italian restaurant. The A boards outside advertised a warm family atmosphere, that in its self is the biggest lie we have come across. The owner was having trouble with the fascias or something with the building, and his bad attitude was made very clear due to the fact his staff had welcomed in a toddler. There were no high chairs, thankfully we know how to get past this. This one thing alone kills the ad outside. It was also the way in which the owner interacted with guests. His staff were very pleasent, but he was not. He was very short and always huffing. It was a shame as the food itself was excellent. The only other concern was the price. We were charged an adults price for a bolognase that we gave to our toddler. We were told it would be smaller portion. I have no idea if it was or not so am not aware of the right charge. We were secondly charged a 12% service charge. This was far too high given the poor level of service we received. Drinks were also very expensive, even if it is London. If it had just been my wife I, looking at others in the restaurant, I believe we would have seen a different level of service. If they do not want small children in the restaurant, then don't invite people in when browsing the menu. In hindsight, I wish we had left. It's not as though finding an Italian restaurant in London is that hard a thing to do! If you are a couple, go here. I think a family with older children, 13 years plus would also find it a nice place to eat. Any one younger, or smaller appetites, ou are not catered for. Either go to Prezzo next door or try Browns Italian in Covent Garden.
