Bidra med feedbackThe halal Chinese and Malaysian cuisine at this restaurant in Bayswater is absolutely delicious. Every time we visit London, we make sure to stop by. The restaurant has been renamed Duck and Noodle, but the menu has stayed largely the same. During our first dinner here, we ended up ordering a bit too much - Mee goreng with beef, roast chicken noodle, homemade egg tofu, quarter duck, and white rice. Everything was delicious, with the homemade egg tofu being a standout. Our bill came to £55. For lunch today, we enjoyed tofu, chicken Kung pao, and kangkong garlic. While the kangkong was tasty, we did notice that the portion size was smaller than before. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant!
So disappointed about this place, going down! The quality of the food is so poor and we got so sick after eating there. We had noodles soup duck and vegetables I swear it was Boiled water with some spaghetti few vegetables and chewy duck full of fat and bones that you can’t eat properly. Dim sum are definitely frozen and just warmed up! We had to add a lot chilli sauce salt and pepper. I do not recommend this restaurant and i was not surprised a lot of space in there. Change your chefs or try your food before giving it to your customer because you won’t like to be served that way…
The food is nice but their customer service is bad. One of their workers or managers or whatever he is even shout to the customers. This will be the 1st and the last we be here.
The duck is spiced with MSG leaving a poor aftertaste. the price for a prawn dish is unreasonable. the food was quickly delivered. plates are used instead of bowls so not full chinese experience. anyway it is malaysian.
I used this restaurant when I was in London for a week in December, and I found it provided the perfect evening light meals that suited me after indulging at lunchtime at the many venues in town. The elegant simplicity of the noodle dishes were seasoned so expertly that I turned up on four evenings during my stay. I enjoyed all these dishes, exploring their flat noodles, crispy noodles and prawn and chicken dishes.
