The day I went, the service was unusually very good. maybe they expected a secret loading thief or maybe they've broken up their game. whatever it may be, it was a very pleasant experience. hopefully they keep this standard up.

London meds are always better from any reason. eating is warmer and tastier. but it will never get 5 stars because they r filthy and the personal does not care

The day in bayswater with the family and needed somewhere to rest and refresh turns out that this was the mcdonald’s we needed! very clean spaces, toilets in very good condition, even the soap dispensers were filled up! many thanks to team for a great layer on this day.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant branch. The staff were trying to scam customers. I placed a large order through the app for collection and paid for it, but when I went to pick it up, the male manager claimed that no order had been received. He insisted that I pay again to receive my order, even though I had proof that the money had been taken from my account. After some back and forth, another staff member stepped in and finally gave me my order without any further hassle. The service was shocking, but thankfully, one helpful staff member saved the day.

This Mc Donald’s is the worse slow the food not fresh, staff lazy and don’t speak well English always do the order wrong , no pickles and they put pickles waste of time and money poor quality food
