La Piazzetta Italiano

I thought I would try that, and boy I'm glad we did. Big beer, Pizza AMAZING, didn't know that the humble pizza could be so good. Definitely go back and definitely worth a visit

Beautiful piece Italia in the middle of the city Skyscrapers. I was served a wonderful cold Birra Morretti by the extremely helpful staff and it tasted great. Great decor, great staff, good food, great beer. Bella!

This restaurant is like a "Cheers" bar in the city - where everyone knows your name. The staff is very friendly and they have wonderful draft beer. The food is also great.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, but the environment left something to be desired. We visited on a Friday evening and it felt like a self-service establishment, as we had to go up to the bar to pay our bill without any staff approaching us. The manager, who had short blond hair, appeared to be intoxicated and was not able to properly attend to the customers' needs. Overall, the experience was marred by the lack of attentive service and disorganized management.

I recently held a business meeting in this pub restaurant and have been pleasantly surprised by the service and the food. If you find yourself in the bar between about 5pm and 8pm, the bar staff will generally be cooking free food (eg. pizza...slices, chicken nuggets, chicken wings) and bringing them round to you to make sure you carry on drinking but won 't get too drunk. The bar prices are reflective of this free food and can be a little high (eg. £6 per pint), but this is to expected for a pub in the City.
