Angus Steakhouse

The restaurant is smaller than the one in Piccadilly, but it has a very friendly atmosphere. I had a special dinner with my mom and partner, specifically choosing to go there for a delicious steak.

We cannot rate this place highly enough!!! 10 stars The food was always delicious and delivered quickly but the service was impeccable after visiting a second time (husband is a big steak lover we were remembered each time and also what we previously ordered not from one but all the staff and warmly welcomed back each time (4 times with complimentary drink and/or dessert the staff David, Sam, Adonis and Cookie you could teach other hospitality staff a thing or two about excellent service as you had it in spades !!! All the way from little old Tasmania we thankyou (also for indulging my husbands love of bikes !!! When we cone back there's no if as we WILL be back you are the first port of call x

Came here today as was actually booked into the restaurant next door but my 5 year old saw the steak and wanted that. Staff were amazing couldn’t do enough and kept talking to my daughter, one even gave her a cat mask. Food was lovely ordered the burger and my daughter had the steak on the kids menu. Is quite pricey but food lovely.

I visited this restaurant with my family and was extremely disappointed with the experience. They served me chips that were clearly frozen and cooked in cold oil, as they were still icy. The restaurant should be able to see this on their CCTV footage, and I have left my receipt for the owner or manager to review. It was concerning to learn that all vegan food is fried in the same oil as non-vegan items, yet still considered vegan. The Rib Eye steak I ordered was chewy and of poor quality, leading my son to leave his meal untouched. The prices were high considering the subpar quality of the food, with even the mash appearing to be microwaved. When I complained to the waiter about the chips, it took an additional 7-10 minutes for a replacement that arrived cold. I would not recommend this restaurant as my experience was disappointing, making it the worst steakhouse I have ever visited. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged a service fee, to which the manager admitted it was not deserved and promptly removed it from the bill.
