Noodle & Sushi Box - City of Knox

I have been a regular customer at this noodle restaurant since it changed ownership a few years ago. The ingredients used are always fresh and on display. Despite the rotating cooks, there are always a few individuals in the kitchen tossing noodles expertly. I have never been let down by a meal from this convenient spot. The portions are large, and when we order two big bowls, we usually receive a complimentary bag of prawn crackers.

I'm typically not a fan of noodle box style restaurants because I feel like they lack flavor and texture, but this small eatery actually surprised me. The food was decent.

Whenever I try out a new noodle restaurant, I usually have doubts and a bit of fear. However, in this case, my concerns were completely unfounded.
