Minh - Ky Central - City of Knox

I ordered from this restaurant through Ubereats. The sweet and sour chicken was disappointing as it seemed to be overcooked and mostly consisted of broken pieces. The larger pieces had small bits of dried chicken, while the majority of the dish was just batter with no chicken. I was unable to eat it and did not receive a refund. The salt and pepper prawn dish was also lacking in flavor, with only plain shrimp. Despite the many positive reviews, it appears that if you do not complain in person, they do not care about the quality of the food.

Popular for their roasts, this place delivers. You can find roast duck, roast pork, crispy skin belly pork and roast chicken. I prefer to have the roasts on the vermicelli cakes. There are also an assortment of Vietnamese and Chinese mains you can order to...share.

The food here is of a much higher quality then you would expect from outside the restaurant. The Beijing duck and crispy roast pork are awesome. The salt n pepper squid delicious. Shame the waiter forgot our drinks. Will be back

Small shop in a busy area of Asian market in Springvale. BBQ pork was very yummy and also steam chicken was very good also but a bit too sweet. Reasonable price.
