After the online order I made the mistake not to make a screen shot of the confirmed order and not to call the order number. After waiting patiently, I asked when my order would come, and the personal was confused as they had no online orders. I have shown the only proverbs I could have what was my previous order (I live interstate and had never previously ordered so clearly that the previous order in the did was the order that I had made over an hour before). but that wasn't enough. my mama's card was charged the $145 for dinner. once again, no matter. I was very concerned, as I have very young children already late and very hungry, and this was about and about when the staff completely failed to deal with the problem effiv. a lovely watcher entered and wanted to pay. the personal did not give us an order and said that she could not do that. It's a past since we visited this facility because of melbourne lockdown decided to check Knox food. without booking we left the restaurant territory thought we would try our luck. we have put down our names in this facility as planned that it would wait 10 minutes. true enough, we sat on a Saturday night shortly after 19 o'clock. we decided on singapur noodles crispy salted eier prawns. both dishes were just freshly cooked well seasoned. we were ready and ready to give up our table within 45 minutes thanks to the fast turnaround, when we watched the waiting of hungry diners on a table.

We have eaten there maany times with other family members. I will firstlt say that the food is great and served quickly. With that said, the management leaves a lot of training themselves before they can train staff. We placed our food order which was...so complex, we don't speak Mandarin and the girl didn't speak English, so pointing at the menu was the method. We then needed to go inside and find one of the 5 or 6 girls to ger a drink order. They were standing around but not coming outside to see if we needed anything. We decided to have another 2 course and again, inside we go to find someone. Again, back inside to get more drinks. If this place closes it will be a shame but service is a complete and utter disgrace.
