Bidra med feedbackThe atmosphere, the service, and especially the food were exquisite. Even though it was my first experience with hot pot, which can be very daunting, Joyce, our server, was very helpful and made the experience (which seems like the main selling point of hot pot) a pleasant one I am sure to remember for years to come. Overall, A+. 10/10. Swipe right. Would do again. Service: Dine in

First time going to this restaurant and very disappointed. I want to say in detail that this restaurant is really bad: 1. In the Chinese restaurant in the Chinese district, more than half of the waiters inside do not speak Chinese. The Chinese restaurant in the Chinese district does not even speak Chinese, just like you are in a steakhouse in London. It was strange that the waiter couldn't speak English. 2. There were 8 of us dining together, and two separate tables were arranged for us. We asked the two tables to be connected together, but the waiter completely ignored us. 3. The price is quite expensive, but the quantity given is very small. 4. When the waiter collected the money, he directly asked for a receipt for the group service fee. We were separated into two small tables. 5. When we pointed out that their service was poor, the waiter still only said sorry in English and would like to speak to the manager, and then nothing happened. In a restaurant where the average lunch consumption per person is US$100, the service quality is really rubbish. Don't think that it means the waiter speaks English and is high-end. It’s a one-time business, whoever comes back will be stupid. It's strange to have a Chinese restaurant in a Chinese area where more than half of the waiters don't speak Chinese. When we raised concerns about their poor service, the waiter just apologized in English, saying they would inform the manager, but nothing happened after that. For a restaurant where the average lunch expenditure is $100 per person, the service quality is garbage. Don't think that just because the waiters speak English, it's upscale. It's a one-time deal; whoever returns is foolish.
