Tim Hortons

Its surprise every time, you don't know what you are going to get. I order same bagel jalapeno toasted with extra butter) 2 3 times a week. Its just never close. Today on wards I'm going post here. Picture 2 its toasted with extra butter Picture 3 Surprise toasted one side only butter still not extra Rest comments on pictures. Want to see how long it takes for manager or owner to notice this.

This location lacks proper managent and planning. They never have anything available after 5pm other then coffee, but that proves difficult at times. Staff rushes you through the drive thru and lacks the ability to say thank you or even say have a nice day. It is annoying when the only response you hear is Ya sure and how you pay, not your typical response of does this complete your order and how would you like to pay. Over all horrible location.

Two nights in a row now, they?ve given me coffee, when I asked for steeped tea. I let them know it was coffee last night, and asked three different times to make sure it was not coffee. Charged me, and still messed up and gave me coffee not tea. Will not come back anymore. They don?t listen when you?re ordering through the drive through, will tell you to order, and then say just wait, come back and have your whole order wrong.

To whom it may concern, I love going to Tim Hortons since my childhood! I have been to countless Tim Hortons all over Canada! But today I happened to go to a Tim Hortons located at 15 Ace drive Mayfield Road And, Hwy. 410, Brampton, ON L6R3Y2. The cashier I interacted with was so obnoxious and unprofessional! The tone was so rude. Here is what happened, I ordered an extra-large double double she made it to me fine, but the coffee was cold, so I walked back in to get a hot coffee, but the response I got from the cashier was so rude she said ? No It's hot, refused to give me another one.? So I had to call the manager to get a coffee. Do yourself a favour and never visit the above mentioned location!! No start at all!!!

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and got warm milk lol. Really? $5 for warm milk. How do you forget coffee in a latte? I even dumped some at home to double check and sure enough? Get it together guys
