Ice cream is fine. More ice crystals then anything. The chocolate flavor was barely apparent.

When you visit the Hudson Valley Food Hall, you'll want to save some room for desert as well. Stop here for a delicious sundae with the works and 2 scoops from a nice mix of ice cream flavors.

We actually ended up having this place twice it was that good. We're like ice cream experts over here so that's a good thing when we actually go back on the same vacation. Interesting story behind the name too, and the actual place.
