Good points: Accessible location, decent wifi connection, nice staff, (accommodating and answers queries well), well-ventilated reception area, comfortable stay at an affordable price. Complimentary stuffs: toilet tissue roll, shampoos, soaps, and two bottled water. Free breakfast. Offers meal at an affordable and of worthy price. Needs improvement: The interior design in my friends’ and I room is dull. Sure it is okay but I wouldn’t say it’s cozy enough. The closet is not strategically placed (see pictures below). The heater either doesn’t work or takes too much time before it’s warm enough to use. Our room was on the 4th floor and we can hear the night music on the bar and grill on their rooftop (5th floor) at night. Overall, it is a good deal at an affordable price. Gives value for money and decent enough for a short-term stay. Recommended

A good mid-market hotel in the heart of General Santos city. It's centrally located to nearby markets and parks so it's a good place to stay in when visiting as a tourist. Prices are also cheap and rooms are kept orderly and clean. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Affordable room rates at Php 875 single bed good for 1 person. A complimentary welcome drinks offer to guess upon arrival, complimentary breakfast and children below 11 years old may stay at their parents free of charge. Amenities with restaurant and functipn hall. A safes box at front desk and shuttle vans going to airport.

1)Wall Partition are made of wood so you will hear voices, tv,music from the outside. We are very much disturbed when we check in last Sept 28...we can not sleep due to a wedding event we hear the laughing shouting, shouting. 2)No hot water in shower due to installation is centralized.

One of the best budget hotels in Gensan located near the Public Market. Hotel Dolores Gensan has truly improved from its interiors to its amenities. Glad to know that they are improving everything else to serve you better. Room Rates are generally affordable. Plus, they have a special Pick N Grill Night at selected dates this 2018. Feel free to call them or ask the Front desk for the schedule of this Grill Night. PS: I loved the new look of their lobby.
