Bidra med feedbackI got a 30 piece wing order and when I opened my food there were only 25 wings. I don't make it a habit of counting my wings, but when one wing is over a dollar I think it matters. It wasn't just missing 1 it was 5. I paid 37 to 38 dollars for my foodand didn't even get my money's worth, and it's not like I can go back and ask for more wings or reimbursement either. Verydisappointing.
This is by far, the best wing stop location I?ve ever been too! The employee Miranda provided great service to me. The food was freshly made!
We really enjoyed our lunch visit to this Wingstop! Chris gave us such excellent customer service including making sure 8 didn't leave with BBQ sauce on my face!! Thank you Chris!! Food was delicious as well!
I NEVER received an email stating my food was ready for pick up.. Thank God i set a timer, NON of the flavors of the wings were LABELED on the box of what flavors are what. Some of the food was so soggy I didn?t even eat it. The staff didn?t really pay anyattention to guests or say hello, how may I help you, welcome in, nothing, they were too busy counting the money in theregister.
Usually a good experience. Chris goes above and beyond in this store. Today we went in and all lights were turned off, open sign was off and I waited 5 mins to be greeted by, do you need to order? Cuz it will be like 45-60mins amd she messed with her nosering. I immediately turned around and walked out. I get being busy but even when I tried to call ahead they pick up and hang up.It was dirty and dark and so unpleasant guess I will have to drive to Roseville to get any service. Chris they need you atthis location! You were always pleasant.
