Allsups - Cisco

Here is a place that's completely mismanagement in epic proportions I have visited this place several times always encounter no windshield washer fluid and no scrubbing handles no paper towels half the time the pumps won't work properly the employees are so ignorant they can't even keep the restrooms clean holes all over the drive way or another area clean in and around the store, Allsup's was once a decent store now they are about a trashy as a dump , plus grossly over priced just another over priced Station along the interstate 20 in Cisco Tx definitely a Covid factory , pass this place up and move further down the Hwy just one exit down you will find cleaner stations good luck this place is so bad it's not even a rate low enough to give them, and when a pump does work you have to go inside to get your receipt from a stupid cashier that not very capable of working the register plus wait in line with all the other people only because the employees are to ignorant lazy to fill the paper in the pumps for receipt printing this is the worst place ever needs to be shut down and they serve food here STAY AWAY

The staff at this Gas station is super sexist against Males. The staff completely go out of their way to disrespect you if you are a man. They have a fully functional Unisex bathroom (for both male and female) with a lock, but only allow women to enter the store and use it. The men have to go all the way to right side of the store outside and use a porta potty that is not stocked and totally Unmaintained. Even though their is not a lot of traffic business going on in the store. As we purchased items from the store the clerk at the front desk clearly shows favoritism towards women and is super nice. But when it came to my brother and I we were completely disrespected and got sass and rude facial remarks from the clerk. She clearly hated us even though we have never been here before. I even went out of my way to be nice, respectful, and courteous to her, but we received was dirty looks and a bad attitude. I highly recommend you go the extra miles to another gas station.

I showed up asking for food and they denied me saying they can't drop anything because they are cooking breakfast food soon. It's ridiculous that you would turn away a sale because you're cooking breakfast soon. That's money that could have went to your store for only 3 minute mozzarella sticks and I have worked for an allsups before and if someone ask for something you have to cook it.

No 93 octane. I wish unleaded octane levels were disclosed before choosing a fueling station. Instead of just Regular, Mid-Grade, Premium... which vary from station to station. Regular can be 87, or 88 octane. Premium can be 91, 92, or 93. But it seems this station has the lowest of the low on all types offered. Premium my ass! I have my computer tuned for 93 octane. They should state their octane levels. I am trying to post pictures of fuel stations' offered fuel types, to help others. Bathrooms need paper towels so you can stay clean after washing your hands and undo the lock and grab the handle without touching the nastiness of other people that don't wash their hands. The men's bathroom had a crappy air dryer that's rigged with expanded metal and no directional elbow that the air comes out of, nor is the airflow very strong. Takes two cycles to dry. Then you have to use toilet paper or your bare hands to open the door.

In Cisco for baseball. It is 101* F. I stopped off at Allsup's for a drink. Their soda fountain is out of order. So, I reluctantly paid $2.05 for a 20 oz bottle. I have fresh ice with me, so I went back in and asked for a cup to pour my VERY OVERPRICED drink in to. The manager refused to give me one. She wanted me to pay for a cup, even though their soda fountain is out of order. On principle alone, I will never go back to another Allsups. What happen to taking care of the customer?
