My server Kelli was amazing, food came out fast and she made sure non of my dishes has bacon as I don't eat

Food very below par tasted freezer burnt and not very good had a chicken cassada very

BEWARE! this friendly’s is usually my favorite but this experience ruined everything. the food was good as always. every server i’ve had has been amazing and i love how kind they are, and they all offer great service. for that i can give two stars but after the incident this week i will not be coming back. the waiter christian started off okay. but as the meal progressed he started to hit on me. he said that “my eyes are so beautiful” and “my body is popping.” i was visibly weirded out by this and i even mentioned “my boyfriend and me are going to a game this weekend” when he asked if i had plans. he brought the food over and he ASKED IF HE COULD HAVE A BITE OF MY SANDWICH. i was shocked. i obviously said no and he left. when he came back with the bill he had written “call me ; ” and left his phone number on the receipt. i was in shock. i didn’t even know what to say. i left a small tip and when he took the copy he said “really? a small tip for a handsome guy like me?” i just got up and left. i was sick. i will not be returning.

My Mom used to take me to Friendly’s all of the time when I was younger! I don’t remember the food being so… meh, but our server, Samantha E., was GREAT! She was very personable, thorough, and just all around wonderful! The epitome of excellent customer service! Unfortunately, it’s rare to receive such great service nowadays so when I do, I make sure to mention it ?

The broccoli was half cold half warm. The mash was cold and chicken was dry. I asked to warm up the food . The mash came back watery. Felt like I was eating uncooked box mash potato. First time here at this Cinnaminson location .My first BAD experience at a friendlys ever. Been coming to friendlys all over since I was 12yrs old and I am 41yrs old so imagine how long. This was very bad food quality.
