Bidra med feedbackWell, I love The Lackman and go there for drinks while I wait for two hours for Bakersfield. I went here a few months ago, but don't really remember since I was pretty toasted. It's a shame because I'm pretty sure I had a blast. I'll have to venture again. 5 stars for now.
Jasmine St Clair owns this place. And she's actually on Yelp. (Swoon). I know, right. How lucky are we. So are Bobbi Billard, and a certain someone known as Barbie whose identity can't currently be revealed. Famous people ftw. Also Jerry Seinfeld was supposedly on here. Was that ever confirmed? Anyway. Seriously. This is a cute little neighbourhood bar near the university, usually filled with hipsters and overpriced drinks, but still has a real charm about it and it's no surprise to me that it is so popular. I mean, after all, college students love to drink and usually have a disposable income, so the downsides of this place are not really downsides in the eyes of a lot of the students here. For the average Cincinnati person this probably wouldn't be your go to destination, but for college kids absolutely.
WOW where do I even begin???? the bartender (nathan) was ELECTRIC. I have NEVER had a night like that in my life. great music. great crowd. this is what a Cincinnati bar should be. I will be coming again and bringing my 4 kids. they would love it. would give a 6 stars if possible. wow.
To be honest I 'm not ashamed to say I like turning up and St. Clair makes it quite accessible for me to do that. I 'm not a heavy set guy so the Long Islands go right through me and at $2 a pop during Long Island Tuesdays, someone play Let 's Get It Started by The Black Eyed Peas! For millennials around the Clifton area, this is a great spot to get the night started. The bartenders are super nice and sometimes the DJ turns The St. Clair into the best dance party you 've been to. The vibe is always relaxed and chilled I never feel out of place. Everybody just wants to have a great time and not think about their bank accounts til the next business day. My only con is it gets pretty tight in there, and rather easy to spill your drink on someone after you 've downed lord knows how many Long Islands. I highly recommend still!
This is the food that we literally waited three hours for. The girl who's order this was hosted our Christmas party at barrelhead in Lawrenceburg Indiana. All the food came out except for the hosts food we told them once they came to the table all of our food was wrong everyone had somebody else's food or it was mixed up on the plates. Trouble was there was no food for the host. They kept apologizing and Food kept coming out of the kitchen for other guests in the dining room but none for her they told her they would comp her meal but they still gave her a bill for the appetizer's. An hour and a half later we were getting ready to leave and they brought the above pictured food out rare, The manager came up to the girl whose food was missing and said please don't hate us it was all server error. The fact that the manager had the audacity to blame the server entirely on the mixup was unheard of. And to think they gave her a bill for her appetizers. Never again!!!
