Starbucks - Cincinnati

This is a nice Starbucks location with plenty of space in the dining room area and different types of seating arrangements that give off a cozy vibe. The drive thru was popping so I went inside where I was able to order right away.I went in in a Thursday afternoon specifically to take advantage of the September promotion (BOGO of any of the fall menu drinks after 12pm). Unfortunately, the promotion wasn't showing up in my app, but the kind cashier added it to my order and even helped me understand that I could get a venti in one drink as a BOGO for a grande in another drink because of the price differences. I'd definitely come back to this location and even use it as a spot to meet up with someone and sit to catch up.

A friend of mine shared that a Starbucks location near them was hyping a Dole Whip inspired drink, knowing how fond I am of the real thing. Apparently, this is one of their secret menu items, but the secret was out at this location, as it was actually committed to a chalkboard sign.Not the case here, but like all of those anti-vax imbeciles that have kept Covid a thing for so long, I did my own research found what goes into this secret item.I 'm not much for Starbucks. I haven 't been to one in years I hate the pretense of ordering grande, venti, etc. You 're based in Seattle, not Milan. Anyway, I was able to avoid that by putting my order in through their app. Was the drink everything I 'd hoped for? Not so much. But what in life is?

This location makes me feel good and its not just the coffee!I'm normally not big on reviewing fast-food in general but when I have an experience that's anything but the norm, I like to share.I can't speak for the service inside but all the times I have been through the drive thru I'm left feeling happy.There have been different people taking my orders all the times I've gone and have all been very nice and welcoming but there is this one guy I get almost every other visit and he is just a cup of sunshine! Sometimes I cant help but laugh at how over the top welcoming he is, it's just takes me by surprise and want to order what he is having! Also not fake or in an annoying way either. Just generally happy and personable and I drive away feeling good.Coffee is always consistent as I like to order half sweet flavored lattes and is actually full of coffee and not foam like some other locations I have experienced. I also usually get a ham and cheese croissant and it's always warm and delicious. My only tidbit complaint is the location is a bit tight and if there is a line in the drive thru it can cause a bit of a mess in the tight parking lots.I hope the manager reads this and may know who I'm talking about. This guy really makes a difference, at least in my experiences. This is why I like coming back, good friendly service really make a difference!

The Iced White Chocolate Mocha tasted like a plain Iced Coffee. The Chocolate Mint Frapp was good.
