Bidra med feedbackLove qdoba but this place is not. I understand, miss prawan was understaffed, but this is not an excuse to ask with an employment what they want and then stare in my soul while I try to decide.
I like to read the last reviews on a location before I write mine. easy to see if the experiences are quite consistent. hmmmm, the reviews for this location are everywhere. tells me that the customer service is hit or misses here. yesterday our first time was to eat here; or any qdoba for this matter. the man behind the counter (what I had got his name! was very sweet; very friendly. always smile and work really hard! there was nothing about eating my buttons back. It was okay. one thing I noticed was that the ingredients were not spread out. my zilantro was around the one side of the bowl. my guac (who was not guac, but 1/2 of an avocodo was pounded in a bup. you have a lot to eat. we have a few more gift certificates so we're back. the food was well heated the next day
The worst place. I got the steak and garnel dish, the garnel were so gumy, steak was over dry and I knew it when I saw it. I wanted to do something different and she looked at me like I was crazy. my man got three chicken tacos, the meat was cold and the corn tarillas fell apart when I picked them up, or I should pick it up because we didn't eat the good. we tied $30 and went hungry. they should be ashamed to serve insensitive food!.
Unappealing, yet surprisingly expensive, food thrown together by apathetic employees who clearly don't want to be there. It's like a Chipotle, but designed by a sadist.
Dine in, food wasn't hot. Not enough chips (on side) with nachos order, especially when a third of them are wet out of the bag and not edible. More black bean fluid than actual black beans. Not friendly. Dirty tables. Small portions for the price (which has increased)and stale chips (ones that weren't wet), Florence location is so much better.
