Papa John's Pizza - Cincinnati

I absolutely adore this restaurant. My family orders takeout from here every Sunday, and sometimes we pick up meals during the week. We have been enjoying their delicious food for many years. It's a great spot, and the staff is always friendly. The delivery people always remember to bring us plates and condiments without us even having to ask.

I had a credit at this restaurant location, but the information was not showing up. Instead of informing me that the credit was no longer valid and nothing could be done, Jessica went above and beyond by honoring the credit and also comping another item. I commend her for her customer-focused approach and excellent service.

I had a problem with the app and ordered at the wrong store. The manager at this location helped me out and made my order very quickly. All staff was very nice and helpful!! Also probably the best pizza I’ve had from them!

I absolutely love Papa Papa John's is so great I'm in love all over again with pizza and garlic knots
