Kfc - Cincinnati

These guys made some great KFC fried chicken, and made the green beans without the additional oil. A huge plus.

This is one of THE WORST KFC locations in the city. They seem to always be out of whatever food you want. Customer service during post lunch and dinner is non-existent. The store seemingly closes at the whim of whomever the manager is. Save time and annoyance. Eat someone else...

Ultimate Bowl was more chicken than mashed potato. Asked for extra gravy, but didn't get it.

Chicken was a bit over salted, and breast was a little dry because they cooked a bit longer than necessary. We were tired and just glad to get some warm food at the time. We went to the Drive-thur unfortunately it took a while also. We'll try another KFC next time, other than the Reading Rd location.
