Ihop - Cincinnati

Our server, steven anthony, the hands down was the best service I ever had, anywhere. He had a hard customer right in front of me and treated it with gnade and hesitation and everyone in the business was super grateful for him. He interacted with the children at their level and laughed from the family next to me and treated the seniors with care and respect and offers everything they need. he was the only server of this late and manages all tabs with fast service and individual support that they do not have a slow day, let alone a busy server. store was super clean and atmosphere and festive decorations. Every time I fly here, I know this will be here to refresh and refresh after a long flight. 10/10 on everything.

Many workers were not visible at our visit, but we were over ordered and it was very timely. the waitress was very well dealt with all our needs. No one was surprised when I saw how happy we were even after the bill!

I am not sure where the one-star reviews are coming from. My suggestion is that they are likely from difficult customers that restaurant employees have to constantly handle.

Avoid the Colerain IHOP at all costs! My boyfriend and I waited 55 minutes for our takeout order only to discover that some items were missing from our order.

The food was amazing and the service was good! Our server, Darius, provided excellent service.
