Frischs Big Boy - Cincinnati

I thought all of the Big Boy restaurants had closed; then I was on my way to a funeral in Ohio, and there I saw several along the route. The one where I stopped for lunch was just like the Frisch's Big Boy restaurants from past. The menu was the same as always, and the burgers were just wonderful. The waiter was just wonderful. He was a young Asian man, and he did everything to make our dining experience delightful. The cooks were fast and efficient, but the two older women who seemed to be the managers that day were doing their best to do as little as possible, including seating customers and taking payments for bills. Overall, though, I was happy to have my big boy burgers, and some dessert.

Brought my wife here on Mother's Day, and we had a great breakfast from the breakfast bar. The manager Valerie and Michelle were great and very attentive to the breakfast bar making sure it had everything filled for our visit. Will be coming back.

Staff was friendly even through they were busy. It seem like we spoke with everyone. the manager checked on us several times. The Big boys are always great. thanks for a wonderful easy dinner time.

Was here on Sunday, Mother’s day, and we had the best experience. The manager on Duty, Valerie, and the Server that helped us, Di, was extremely nice, thoughtful and was very quick with service. Throughly enjoyed our visit.

The food was perfect, great flavor and temperature, and delivered to our table of 10 with lightning speed. Our server was tremendous, but obviously the kitchen was on top of things too.
