Cabana On The River - Cincinnati

What a wonderful surprise was that, it is definitely out of the beaten one. they cannot see it from the usa 50, but the locals know it definitiw. every car on the parking had Ohio plates, but ours. all seats are open. the atmosphere is very casual, but people of all age groups were there. the menu also has something for any type of appetit. I had a wonderful salmon court on a bed of the insane, the chopped brussel sprouts and my wife had a bh that was enormous. I recommend cabana.

I’ve gone to Cabana several times and their atmosphere is amazing. I love the view being on the river. The service and food is usually pretty decent. However, we went last night and the service and food was outstanding! We had a waitress named Kayle. It was her second day on the job and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing. We were there for 5hrs chatting and catching up and she was just great!! The food was better than it has been the last couple times I’ve been there also!!!

Cabana on the river is just as it sounds. Covered and open air dining right on the Ohio River Bank. Outdoor volleyball and cornhole, bar cabanas, lots of seating and a large covered bar. Meals were a little pricey but very worth it for the view.

Use the waiting list on yelp to make sure that their party sits at their desired time, because they do not take any reservations. but the place is huge, so never really sit a problem. my party tried a lot of menu items, and everything was delicious white chicken chili, haddock, lachs with mango salsa, calamari strips, cheesy grits and shrimp, cod fish. the location at the river is quite far west, but still good, especially the one that is looking. they have several bars that serve every drink imaginable, and the service was good. finally, the price is right. my wife and I had a mixed drink and dinner, with a total of under $45. we will definitely go back often!
