Server was very attentive and helpful. Food was great and came out quickly. I’ll be back.

We didn’t even get our food after waiting for 1 hour, the management and waitress was rude, and unapologetic. We ended up having to leave due to the attending an event at 7:30… after our reservation was for 5:45. I will NEVER be back

We tried to go prior to the fc cincinnati match. Showed up 90 minutes before. They somehow lost our ticket and didn 't make any food for us. Didn 't let us know until 650,too late now to wait. even if the kitchen was slow, the fact our server missed the fact our ticket wasn 't in was disturbing. we had asked twice about the food and she kept saying coming soon . Also in the time we were waiting, we saw very few dishes come from grill. Less than a dozen in the near hour we were there (and we were right next to where the food was coming out). Saw multiple people asking staff about food they were also probably trying to get to the game. Very disappointing experience. Very poor first impression. After some conversation, our drinks were comped, but that is little compensation for losing an hour and then going hungry prior to the game.

On and back in operation. it takes time to train employees.

Service was incredibly slow. Someone outside had a puppy and kept causing a commotion. Food was really good. Drinks were okay. Ambiance was super casual. Our reservation was at 7:00 and we didn’t get our food until 9:00.
