Dunkin' - Cicero

I'm a loyal customer and the workers are very polite. I always order an ice coffee and I literally drink the sugar because it's not completely mixed in. If it was fully dissolved I would be more satisfied. That's why I give 4 stars but overall the customer service is great:

Using on the go ordering, I guess it's hard to get the order correct the first time, as I have to drive back to return the product. Update it has gotten better.

Rude staff, they never have anything available, stale donuts and poor selection.

The staff are all super irresponsible, lazy, and fail to communicate with the customer in any fashion.

Literally the worst and most incompetent DD in the Chicagoland area. These people can't get anything right. Numerous visits, numerous incorrect orders given. They'll be out of something but I guess too scared to tell you so they just give you the wrong order. They'll hand you “frosted” donuts with so little icing on them that they look like plain pieces of bread. I guess they were too scared to throw those out too. I'll never be wasting my money here again.
