It is simply the best tempura fine dinning experience.
High quality tempura. Up there with those with michelin stars.
If hot tea can be served more often and customers are helped with the puttiing on of aprons, that would be excellent.
I think the language barrier was a fault on our side. The chef was adorable and very interested in serving the best of the best. I've heard horror stories on finding the restaurant? It was not an issue at all. Go to Barney's in the Ginza and take their elevator up to the Resturant. Enjoy...
