The bar are needs some TLC. Dirty chairs and sticky floors. Must have channels for Padres games!

It was just a chance to get out, usually we watch a granddaughter every Friday night. They had the desired stand ready when we arrived. It was loud, hard to talk. The server was very attentive, and kept an eye on the level of my waterglass, something I really remain conscious. The food was very good, but the crispy green beans were as always the highlight. Actually, the sauce is what she does. The sections have become smaller, over the board, and the prices have jumped dramatically, just like any other. We feed here, quite often, and would recommend it.

We were there on a Sunday evening, party of 2. The restaurant was not packed, and there appeared to be plenty of staff. Our server was awful. She was so inattentive, another server actually noticed it and volunteered to help us. The server for the couple next to us dropped their bowl of rice on the floor, and it was several minutes before it was picked up. Apparently, another couple had a problem with their meal, because the manager came to our table by mistake. The kitchen was slow, and when we finally received our food, it was subpar. The fried rice was wet and mushy. The sesame chicken was overcooked and rubbery. I ordered cheesecake for dessert, and it looked like it had been dropped. All in all, we were there for nearly 2 hours, due to the bad service and slow kitchen. I've been to this particular restaurant over the years, and this was extremely disappointing. Except for the waiter who stepped in to help us, it appears the staff is undertrained and not managed well.
