Otay Sushi And Crab - Chula Vista

The only issue I had was the hot tea that was served in a metal cup, It was to to hot it burned the back of my throat, tongue and lips. I've never seen tea served this way and I don't think I like it very much. This cup is like those cups that they use to make a mule cocktail. Yes that cup.

Caleb was an awesome server, very sweet and on top of it!!! The appetizers (spicy garlic edamame, shrimp gyoza, salad) were great, but I would not recommend the ramen or the sukiyaki. The pork in the ramen was charred and made the whole entire dish taste like charred meat. I have been to Japan multiple times, and have never seen pork in ramen prepared this way. I am not sure how the sukiyaki noodles should be, but unless you like rubber bands, I would not suggest! They have Asahi and Sapporo draft which was an added plus.

Liked that they have a big selection for sea food. Fast service.

Super delicious sushi I really enjoyed my dinner. The staff was awesome, the price was great. I really like the vibe, i need to come back no doubt.
