Bidra med feedbackFirst and foremost, I have to give credit to the amazing service that I received from John! The kombuchas on tap are super fresh and delicious. There's plenty of space the food truck has some good options. Affordable and they have specials for all patrons. Military on law enforcement on Sundays! Half of Growlers on Wednesday, suggest that day to come and fill up the grapefruit IPA. And as I post this on a Monday I'd like to emphasize on all night happy hour. Sold.
The Bartender and beer were really good here but the Chef Hermando at La Central makes some of THE BEST tacos, especially EL PASTOR
Simple food menu that is delicious! A great selection of beers, seltzers, kambouchas and non-alcoholic beverages! Definitely something for everyone! Will be bringing the hubby next time!
Attended a huge reunion event hereThe place set up is welcomingAs the night progressed, we experienced poor food from food trucks at high pricesRestrooms not workingToward the end of the evening, there was not one restroom available, men or womanThe drinks were good, which they sold hundreds, even though they couldn't pay the band that night as promisedNot great
Tonight, 7-26-23, my friends and I decided to go to novo for trivia night. When I went in to order some food the bartender asked me for my ID, which I didn’t have. As my friends have already been seated and served with their food and drinks, in a diminishing tone, he asked us to go to their outdoor seating, since I didn’t have my ID. We found some nice tables in their family-friendly environment around multiple families that had their children with them. My friend went to order my food since the bartender so rudely rejected us. About 20min later the rude man came storming outside and told me that he checked the cameras and saw I was still there and that I wasn’t allowed to be on the premise, since I didn’t have an ID in the most standoffish way, even though he told me I could go sit outside. I questioned him to why I couldn’t stay outside when there were multiple families sitting around us with their children and after he said I could sit outside. Instead, he kept trying to argue with us in the most belittling way when all I did was respectfully say “ok” with a smile on my face and walked 3 steps off the premise. First I like to comment on how there is not a single sign hanging up that says need an ID in the place or online. I understand that this is a brewery place, but if you are not drinking why should I need my ID. Especially if multiple children under the legal drinking age were allowed to hang out in the restaurants premises. I believe that the server could have handled himself in a more respectful manner and he should have to go through a series of training on customer service. The bartender was working at the time of 6:30pm and he was taking the food and bar orders for reference. I gave zero attitude to him and did what he asked me to do each time with a smile on my face. So I don’t understand why he treated me like I was some kind of j that was giving him problems. I feel so disrespected and will not recommend this place to anyone because they don’t know how to handle situations maturely. Also, this place needs to clarify there rules. Like why would it make sense for kids under the legal drinking age to be able to hang out in the brewery, but not people who don’t have an ID. Unless the waiter just didn’t like me for some reason. Anyways, I did not let that stop me from ruining my night and I ended up going to another brewery (shoutout brewery of Eastlake for letting me sit outside and have a good time in peace) open comedy night that was down the street that was 10x better, that I totally recommend!
