Luna Grill - Chula Vista

Luna grill in general is really get company, the prices are okay and the food is great. When we found out that they opened a new place by millenia we decided to check it out. There is no eating in right now due to covid-19 yet we had a very pleasant surprise with the people that works there everybody was nice with smile even though you couldn't see it but you could see it on their eyes and the food was well prepared again the prices are good the service was fantastic. Even Iwould venture to say that they are friendlier than the one by Eastlake. The place is really new everything looks beautiful brand new updated and very very clean and perfect. Did you have handicap parking and handicap access for people thatcomes in. I did not see the high chairs but they do have tables and they are very pretty. once we are out of this covid-19 I am looking forward to going back with my whole family and instead of doing carry out I actually be eating in. Againtheir food is great just like in every lunar grill the service is fantastic and the servers and the people that help as well as the cooks and everything everybody is with a smile and very helpful.

I always ask for my chicken to be cooked extremely well done and for some reason they just seem to never get it right. It?s either they don?t know how to cook, understand English or are purposely not cooking the food correctly but either way Since theyve opened up, 5x I have received my order with raw chicken. How hard is it to cook the chicken well done? How hard is it to leave it on the grill for an extra 3-5 min. On top, I had ordered through their app and the drivercancelled my order so never got to me, then they sent out another order with a different driver and that one the driver stole. So basically I paid for the driver of door dash to eat my food and I never received a refund. I?m done orderingfrom this location. They can?t cook and charge you for food that you never got to enjoy. Birch road location is the worst.

My mom and I were looking for food and ended up here at Luna Grill in Eastlake. We ordered a couple of chicken kabob plates and drinks to go and can say we really liked it. Food was very tasty and well packaged. We will be back.

The staff was AMAZING. Very helpful and cordial. We were high maintenance (group) and they were very accommodating.
