La Querencia - Chula Vista

This restaurant is definitely a little bit special. More than a little different in a very good way with all of their recipes. The ambience is nice and I have never been disappointed with the food here. I also have to compliment all of the help. Just a great group of people. Always pleasant and enjoyable to be at this restaurant at all times. The pricing is fair and definitely not out of line. Especially when you consider the portions and the quality of the food. This restaurants deserves all five stars this food is very authentic freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade desired. Pricing is respectable and the environment is full of Mexican spice. They don't need hot waitresses because of food speaks for itself.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food at great prices. The customer service is amazing!! I always get great customer service and quality meals when I eat here. It's a nice little spot hidden in Chula Vista. Would definitely reccomend it!

I absolutely loved this cozy little spot! The service was fantastic, and the Mexican food was genuinely authentic. The chips were served with three different salsas, and they even brought out some fresh Mexican bread. The highlight of my visit was definitely the Mexican coffee—it's a must-try!

La Querencia has transformed into Hoja. The restaurant is still managed by the same team, so it was great to see the familiar friendly faces. The food now features a new seasoning that enhances the flavors of all the different elements of the meal.
