Got there at 10:40 pm and the employees did not want to make the waffle no more, came so far for nothing.

Classic drinks that can be served hot or cold and are a great choice for someone looking for quality creamy drinks or tea!

I just wanted a quick place to get boba but the line was out the door, when you walk inside it smelled a little bad. There was a lot of trash over flowing, but their drinks were decent. Their avocado smoothie tastes like a Vietnamese desert but more plain , their strawberry shortcake smoothie was really good if you want something sweet and neither smoothie was too icy.

I've come here a couple times and really like their drinks. Staff is friendly and the service is usually pretty quick considering they're always busy.I typically order a classic milk tea and I like that you can choose your sweetness level. I've tried their bubble waffle and thought it was pretty good. Not super sweet so with the tea, it's a perfect combo.The parking can be super tough sometimes, especially if school just got out. It's also right next to an in n out which always has a line. Definitely worth a stop in for a tea pick me up!

Best bubble waffles!!!! So good. And drinks here are great and there are a lot of options and customization choices. Love this place!
