Pizza Express - Christchurch

Bruno was Amazing serving us and great with the kids. I highly recommend and we will come back. Food was great as usual. Service fast and very attentive.

We visited this Pizza Express Branch in Christchurch during our recent visit to New Forest. We did our booking online as this place is busy. We placed our order for dough balls and pizzas. The food was good, however, the service was slow. There were more than adequate staff but it appeared that the the only person on the track was the Manager, who was the only one working so hard. There is a great potential to do much better if it was managed well. Our allocated table was dirty and we just to another nearby. The rest of the staff were less bothered. Come on Manager, start delegating and get the ball rolling.

I visited here on holiday with my husband and 4 kids and we received fantastic service from Bruno. He was patient and kind with my children and made us feel able to relax as parents, which was needed. The food as delicious, they attended to our every need and request efficiently and the whole experience was very pleasant. A lovey restaurant and fantastic staff. The manager was also very friendly in the kitchen cooking and waved to my children and even gave my little girl some extra cucumber which she was loving. Would definitely recommend and will go back again on our holidays next year. Thanks

The place is very loud as people raised their voices ever more just to be heard across their tables no soft furnishings). No ones fault I guess but the place was chock full of families with very young children and babies being nursed), either having melt downs or running around. Some parents had no regard for anyone but themselves as if not caring if they disturbed others around them. Not really a very relaxing atmosphere for an evening meal. Pizza was nice enough if basic, and the service friendly and attentive but we felt processed as if eating to a stopwatch to make sure we were out within the hour we didn't mind at all) I suppose it is pizza express. Not how I remember pizza express being years ago now just another fast food joint and crèche family nosh up place with kids that should've been in bed hours ago. Avoid if you want a quiet civilised adult evening out. £80 for 3 pizzas dough balls and drinks for 3 seemed a lot)!! Won't hurry back.

Warm Welcome on arrival plenty of seating over 2 floors. Toilets are clean for those who are interested.!! As ever a great selection of pizza’s on the menu. We opted for Romana American Hot and Classic American with a mixed salad. Cooked to perfection and was delicious! Highly recommended situated in the High Street. Great staff and friendly Manager!
