Loch Quay - Christchurch

Every time I have visited the service and attentiveness has been very good. The food has been really good. On this occasion we felt a little bit ignored and underwhelmed by the whole experience. Staff not very eager to chat or check in with us. Never noticed or said goodbye when we left.

This was our second visit on a Thursday evening as a ladies get together. We were the only people in the restaurant. The food was cooked nicely but didn’t appreciate the 10% service charge automatically added to the bill

We keep coming back here, the food is excellent, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is excellent, what more could you ask for.

This was my second visit to Lock Quay in Christchurch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is really tasty and well cooked. I am a vegetarian and quite fussy and I always find something tasty to eat . I wouldn't hesitate to return.
