Bidra med feedbackIt would be nice that when a customer walks into the store that employees at least take a second to say HI or welcome versus chatting amongst themself. While waiting for my order other customers walked in and not a simple hello. Rude service and not a simple thank you after my order was prepared. Terrible service for expensive smoothies.
Con: There is an employee here (I assume he is an employee since he was using cash register and making smoothies) wearing a black tank top. Something that is unsanitary and disgusting is having someone's arm pits exposed while making something consumed by the customer. This was on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, at 4:00 pm. Not in uniform like the other 2 employees and also no name tag. So this is a valued customer openly complaining about unsanitary acts by a supposed employee.Pro: I like the Cinnamon Banana Protein Meal smoothie and get it almost everyday, to all the employees that are in uniform and performing their duties in line with National Food Handling code and Smoothie King policy, I commend you.Hopefully, this is rectified, I will also be formally filing a complaint with Smoorhie King Corporate Office today.
Store associate remade smoothie b/c associate wasn't happy with consistency. A plus effort. Next one was perfect. Thanks for caring.

With all the respect whos working on night shift not doing their job right i got charged extra for butter peacan and mu smoothie still taste like water dont matter what they charge i been coming here dor over 2 years never had an issue idk any names but they were two new workers w not much wanting to work and i believe if your paying for a service u get the service u deserve i know other workers from the locatoon never had a problem im sure just like i am upset about the fact that i cant even pass by there no more until they do their job right sucks for busniess not the first time that’s happened only reason i had to same something just like they great workers they have not so good workers should homestly take care of the matter if u dont want more customers leaving the location..
