Beautiful and beautiful service! the person who is in direct customer service is stunning! Please recommend to everyone to order and taste the food. pilau reis is amazingly wonderful, garn is absolute mouthwater!

My boyfriend had just moved into his house and I had my 2 children with me so decided to order from the local Indian takeaway.. it was 10% off if ordered online so we did that. Food-ball was on so arranged the delivery when it had finished. I received a text saying it was going to be 20 mins later than first said but we had given them 50 minutes already to make it!? The 20 minutes had elapsed and still no curry... I rang to be told it’s on it’s way but they didn’t take my name or address??? After 15 minutes I rang back to be told it’s another 20 minutes!! I told them by this time I had ordered 2 hours ago and I had children very hungry!! I said I wanted my money back but was informed they would have to ring the card company.. I said can I have more stuff to compensate?? They said no problem.. the 20 minutes had elapsed again with no sign.. I rang back and said again it was on its way!! Another 20 minutes later the driver turned up and advised they had no naan breads so given me can of fizzy pop!!!? I said why didn’t you tell me when I rang up and the driver just apologised and said you have a free meal for the inconveniences.. I asked what it was and he then said .. it’s a madras!! I would of though with having 2 young children that wouldn’t of been a first choice! I’m disgusted with the level of cowboy mentality on how they treat customers!! The food wasn’t that good either!! Won’t be returning but there’s an amazing Italian next door which Is out of this world!! Try there first!!!

Been here a few times and always been pleased with the food we've got. last time we ordered for the in-laws as well, my mother in law always prefers a fish curry but likes something with a kick, they more than obliged in suggesting a dish and changing the meat to suit her tastes, thanks saffron, brownie points! will be visiting again very soon!
