Ordered chicken sambar and was ridiculously hot, and had no taste other than black pepper, won't be going again

Ordered a takeaway for bank holiday weekend. I’ve ordered from them before and have also left them good reviews on Just Eat. Today however was as if I had ordered from somewhere else or they cooked in their sleep. Previous takeaways have not been out of this world so wasn’t expecting anything more than the normal Bangladeshi/Pakistani taste of Indian curries. But the meat was soggy and raw as if thawed from frozen but not cooked. It took ages to arrive and when we called to check on delivery no one answered the phone. Maybe their busy night, but not for me to eat raw food. Never again and won’t recommend.

My partner and I had a takeaway I head mixed curry the lamb had no taste and the chicken was as hard as rubber, not very nice at all. It was getting on at night we where both starving and then when food came we could not even eat it. Very poor quality

Love the food here, its great quality, reasonably priced, there is a range of unusual dishes, we love the chicken tikka jaipuri and the gorkhali, and the staff are really friendly. we wouldn't go anywhere else

Tried this takeaway based on a recommendation from a friend. We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and a Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi with a side dish of onion bhagees. The two meals had tough chicken and came in a bright red (unnatural) sauce. I've never had a masala like it. The bhagees were rubbery as if they were cooked the previous day and warmed up. Will not be making a return visit.
