Arrived at 7 for lunch with 1 hour free. The dishes arrived one after the other see 1 person never received his dish. With regard to the bavette... medium but fade without assailing and homemade purée without any taste. The pseudo salad served with the dishes serves no purpose and the vinaigrette is more than reduced. Level HYGIENE.. the view of the kitchen makes escape!!! The half-filmed piece of meat at room temperature... rovos the cold chain and the Haccp BRAVO standards, the AIDES KITCHEN WHO MANGENT during the service and in the kitchen.... a detail. I was going to forget... we get a bottle of 'Evian not ordered and it leaves on our table, can be to incite us to pay it anyway? To finish the service is incoherent and amateur. Maybe my experience as Chef de Cuisine and Director of Restaurant makes me too demanding. I won't come back or advise.
