Cevichería Tío Caimán - Chitre

The food was decent, but the service was terrible. Plates and drinks came out late and from orders. We needed 2 hours to get our meal. That's too bad because they have good food.

Tio Caiman is the best place for ceviches, fried fish and arroz a la marinera!! The only drawback is that they take too long to get you your order. I am not sure if they are very sorted personnel or if they are literally fishing when you order to offer you most fresh fish. Once we waited for almost 40 minutes for our dishes!! Was it worth it? Yeah, but it would be nice not to wait too long if we were gone.

We had to wait almost 2 hours, the food was bad and it wasn't so cheap for Panama. It doesn't deserve more than a star!

This place is cheap. The food is notch. The service was excellent. Very recommended. Cerviche is excellent. If you're in Chitre, you have to try. Seafood is the main service.

I am not sure if they are extremely sort staffed or if they literally go fishing when you place your order, in order to give you the most fresh fish available. One time we waited almost 40 mins for our dishes!! Was it worth it...? YES!! but it would be nice to not wait an excessive amount of time every time we go.
