The Little Vineyard - Chirnside Park

Fabulous place but only open for functions. Ambience and surrounds not spectacular but the food was superb. The belly pork for entre was meaty with little fat and the crackling crunchy. Pulled duck was also perfect. The salmon was cooked to perfection - so moist. Deserts excellent. Staff happy to oblige. Well done and thank you. Just wish you were opened as a restaurant.

We just held our mid year Christmas function at the little vineyard this place came highly recommended and it didn't disappoint! Great food and service young lady that organised the function was very helpful and organised. Great little Yarra valley spot will recommend!

We went here for lunch on a Saturday and left feeling sadly disappointed. The service was good but the food was really not up to scratch. We had the crab cakes, which were just average, and the pork sliders, which were not good at all. The slider rolls were totally dried out (possibly stale), the pulled pork was dry and the pork crackling was rubbery and had no crackle. Thankfully we hadn't ordered mains at that stage so we weren't committed to a full meal. The waiter handled our feedback well and didn't charge for the sliders, which was very much appreciated.

My family and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday for a special occasion lunch. Despite the exceptional service from our waiter, everything else left much to be desired. The food was bland and lacked flavor, disappointing our taste buds. Additionally, the beer taps were not functioning and there was a limited supply of bottled beer and wine. Even though there were over 20 of us in our party, the restaurant only had a few bottles available, which they claimed were leftover from a previous event. We were the only patrons in the restaurant, which was not surprising given our experience. Overall, our visit was very disappointing. I suspect that those who have rated this restaurant highly either have very low expectations or are somehow connected to the owners.

This place is amazing! We had lunch here on Sunday afternoon and everything was perfect. It looked like it was a very busy day for them, yet they handled it so well. Service is very friendly and warm, the place looks beautiful and the food is amazing! We shared a few dishes and ordered their Sunday roast special which was just beautiful! Drink menu was great too.I cannot wait to be back here again that I ended up booking my 30th Birthday here too!Thanks for a great afternoon the little vineyard!
