I came here for lunch as it's only a few minutes from work and seemed like a nice enough place from the outside.

Instagram-enabled decor draws people here as well as art exhibitions. The cafe has only teas, no coffee, and no pastry / cake, as expected from a tea house and very limited food options.

A nice place with cute decor, which offers a comprehensive tea list. Some teas are well presented in glass pots, so they can estimate the flower of the tea as a brew. We tried the Milky Oolong and it was delicious, it was creamy, buttery and very fragrant! It was by far my favorite stee, which we ordered. The tea house also offers pages like dumplings that are ok and good enough to snack a snack.
