Bleachers - Chino

Service was terrible, the potato skins were extremely small. This must be a different owner from the last time I was here. Caylie asked if I wanted to keep the tab open I said yes and she asked for a card, I don't leave my card so I put out a $100 bill and pay as I go. I think that upset her and she had a hard time making change. I asked for a lotto slip. She said it was at the end of the bar and didn't offer to get it for me. When my food was delivered, there were napkins already on the bar down from me , not sure if used it not but she didn't give me any new ones with my food or any silverware. So sad because I had a great experience years ago here and the owner came out to thank me for giving a good review while I was there. This time I wanted to leave as soon as I could. I won't be going back.

I came here last night and honestly not sure the white girls name but very horrible service . To start off we walk in sit down she yelling from the bar instead of her walking up to us to ask for an order or IDs. Mind you it's not busy at at 3 people sitting in the bar . Only time she walked up or wondered anything is when she was giving us the check to pay . We put a song on with our money to not even enjoy it and for it to be lowered down . Not sure why since they were bumping all English songs loud until we put our Spanish song they decide to lower the music . Disliked the service .

Just wanted to say DO NOT order pizza from here. I arrived today at around 6:10 PM and ordered food immediately. I came with my family which were out of this town and I figured I would show them this place. We got our wings and fries in about 20 minutes..but we never got the pizza I ordered when I got there at 6:10. I went to speak to Lisa at about 6:40 to see what the status of my pizza was and she stated it 's going to be about 7 minutes . Keep in mind it 's already been 30 minutes. My whole family was just waiting there for the pizza we ordered for a whole 55 minutes until the pizza FINALLY came out.. I 'm ashamed to have brought them here. Once Lisa brought us the pizza I had a cordial conversation on why the food took so long to get here and how dissatisfied we were with our service. She stated there were only two cooks working for the week . I continued to explain how we were dissatisfied with our service and how I thought bringing my family was being a good idea but all she could say was sorry and no explanation. Do not come here if you want to get food. Come here if you want drinks... nothing else. Very disappointed in this place.

The pizzas are delicious and the bartenders are great. We enjoy coming to play darts and have for years BUT, the owners appear to have disowned the back part of the restaurant where the pool tables darts are. No AC for quite a while now, the restrooms have been out of order for months and there is a HORRIBLE sewage smell back there. It's hard to enjoy their yummy pizza with that smell permeating the room. Please guys, fix it up back there again. Get at least one TV working and the AC repaired. Get those restrooms up and running again. We'd love to come back, but the current situation isn't very inviting.

Great pizza, it's not New York Style it's more similar to Detroit's cast iron pizza pies, but it tastes great. Beers are great and servers are friendly. Mostly locals, but people are generally very friendly.
