The food was great. The service was okay. There's a smell in there that's very repulsive. I think it came from the carpet. This is a good place to eat if you want a quiet environment that is not too loud or crowded.
If I could give less than one star, I would. We came early this morning to avoid the crowd for Thanksgiving. The price for dinner seemed reasonable, but for what we got, they should have paid us. It took 45 minutes to get our food. It was cold and dry. Mine had a teaspoon of gravity. I asked for more gravity 3 times, never came. Didn't you get my green beans? My mother-in-law never got the ham she should get. The waitress put it in a box with the check. The roles were literally raw. It was no reason to complain, because nobody seemed to have the time to even take care of it. I'm not back. Obviously, Bob Evans doesn't care enough to hire reasonable employees or they didn't pay enough to keep them. It makes my belly roll, just to think about it.
Food was good service was great, there were 10 of us and our waitress was top notch
Horrible expecting. Waited on my food over 40 minutes server kept apologizing for my wait and had to reassure her it was not her fault. Then I hear profanity about the amount of cooks while my 5 year old is coming in his kids menu grateful he didn?t hear such language while trying to enjoy our night out on my weekend. Poor management and cooks as my food was not what it should?ve been! Then as we?re leaving of course there are employees outside powwowing and even some in cars! Looked like half their staff maybe if they had been inside helping things would?ve been smoother in the establishment. Bob evans needs to do better and hire up management needs to look into their employees and managers. Needless to say they?ve lost my business!
