He stopped here 9. mai en route to sussex from wales. very clean and tidy, loos very good. m s mini market a godsend as bought milk and dinner eat to take home. could be very crowded ib summer I imagine.

Always busy and parking can be a bit of a nightmare. The services themselves can't be faulted the loos spot less. Pick fault here but could do with somewhere sign posted to walk to let the dogs do the required. Being really picky over all one of the best service stops in the uk

UPDATE: since last went here the free parking has reduced from 3hrs to 2hrs and as soon as you go over its a £25.00 ALL DAY ONLY CHARGE. Easy access. Good facilities. Little difficult to get clear idea of walking routes near main door but everything in place inside and still has sanitiser situated around

The restaurant has plenty of parking spaces and the restrooms are very clean and tidy. There's a small Costa inside, but it would be helpful if they made it clear in advance that they do not serve icy drinks (unlike the main Costa nearby). It can be frustrating to wait in a long line, only to find out after placing your order that they don't have what you want. Despite this, I would definitely use the services again!

The service was very pleasant, and the restrooms were nearly spotless and well-maintained. Although the Burger King was busy, the staff managed to provide good service. The burgers were great as well. There are outdoor seating options, which was lovely, especially since we stopped here on our way to Wales. I would definitely stop here again if I were traveling to Wales in the future.
