Taco Bell - Chicopee

Service was friendly, but I got the COMPLETE wrong order. My receipt was correct, but the order was not even close. Tried the pizza I was given instead of the food I actually wanted, and it was foul. Not worth the 30 min round trip to have them correctit, but there?s definitely an issue with how they check orders, as this happens to me quite frequently at this location.

98% of the time food is good, fresh and hot. Customer service is on point and always willing to make things the way you want it. This is one of the best fast food places around.

This taco bell is made by the most amazing people who are awake at 1 o'clock only to fill people with crispy wraps and baja blows. real holy thanks to them all

While it does not meet the standard Mexican tariff of the frontiera grill only on the street, this is my place if fast, tasty and cheap on the menu. This building also contains a pizza hat express.

Not as bad as the taco bells in north carolina. At least you don't do that you drive around the building so that they can sit on the theke instead of preparing it. And it was clear that they read the order I placed with their app – they still went on to ignore my adjustments. the burrito was a watt tortilla with maybe a tee spoon and a couple of chopped twirls. taco bell really needs a competition to sharpen her game. I'm ashamed of this service.
