Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chicopee

I am sure that a complaint must load the corporate offices over this location. it's very sad how bad this popeyes run, eating is so good, but the manager at this place is terrible! the cars are fed to the box to go loudspeaker, no one will come to take their order. Finally we all went into the window and thought they were closed? the manager leans against the wall, texting and all the other employees stand to speak with each other. bad lead from this manager.Again, very sad!

The one cash that actually worked has made a good job to maintain. the food was good. But the fact was that we waited for 15min or more to place an order, like 4 other employees went by and saw us was ridiculous (one was a manager,) but I guess making a break was more important for bs with their kumpels?

Long wait, missing items, my chicken sandwich looked like they used a chicken strip instead.

Did didn't taste fresh and there was a line in front of me. I asked for an extra sauce and didn't get it.

The best chicken sandwich out there. Go and get it and thank me later. The strawberry cheesecake pie is also awesome.
