Dunkin' - Chicopee

How is a bathroom out of service for months on end? What kind of business let?s their facilities rot like that? Just be honest and say you don?t want to clean the bathrooms or that covid has affected their availability. If I can?t trust your honesty orpossible cleanliness here I can?t trust you to make my coffee or food.

Avoid coming to this location if you're driving for door dash. I've been left sitting there waiting for an order plenty of times only to have customers walk in and get their stuff before me and walk out. It's not necessarily a bad Dunkin' but theydefinitely don't care about their doordash drivers.

Change their names back to dunkin donuts and they get another star back.

I visited this restaurant this morning after shopping at BJ's. The man behind the counter was quite unfriendly. He took my order but didn’t inform me when it was ready. Another customer had to let me know that my order was ready. When I got home, I found that I had received two donuts instead of what I expected. My experience today wasn’t pleasant. It was around 10 o'clock, and I'm not sure who was working, but he certainly didn't seem suited for a customer service role.

The service was fast and efficient, and they even offered our dogs a treat!
