The Redwood Sandwich Co Chico

This restaurant started out as a convenient sandwich place, but has seen a decline in quality due to poor management and incompetent employees. The wait times are always long, and our orders have been consistently messed up during our last visit. For example, a Reuben sandwich without sauerkraut and grilled bread was made as a regular Reuben, and a roasted ham and bacon-cheddar sandwich was delivered cold and unroasted. It's disappointing to see how much the quality has dropped in the past year. If they want to improve, customers should consider dining elsewhere in Chico.

The meatball sandwich at this restaurant is fantastic. The other sandwiches also looked delicious. The staff is friendly and all the sandwiches are handmade, but they are a bit pricey.

This is the best Reuben sandwich I have ever tasted. It is absolutely delicious.

Sandwich was solid..crew was loud and vulgar and played inappropriate music.will not go back.

So good. Great service and they make great sandwiches. I always have weird requests for my sandwiches and they always knock it outta the park
